2. Services Provided and License Grant
MatchANearMe Technology Solutions, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our proprietary CRM platform via crm.matchanearme.my.
This service is designed to optimize client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze corporate operational data. We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or temporarily restrict access to certain software modules or features at any time to ensure system integrity, security, and performance.
3. User Accounts and Security Obligations

5. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Cancellations
Access to commercial tiers of our CRM platform is subject to the payment of subscription fees as detailed on our official pricing page at crm.matchanearme.my.
All fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
All payment obligations are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium CRM tools will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The CRM platform at crm.matchanearme.my is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
MatchANearMe Technology Solutions, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of corporate profits, business interruption, or data corruption resulting from the use or inability to use our software. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, affiliates, and employees from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
7. Modifications to the Agreement
